"No, I know you leave me, when I sleep. Plz didi ( sister) don't leave me here. I am scared, these people give dirty medicines and injections, I feel a lot of pain, didi". Her little brother say in crying.

Her eyes moist seeing her baby brother in pain. She secretly wipes her tears and hugged her brother and carrasing his back softly.

"I will always be with you, don't cry my bachaa. Your sister is with you. Very soon I will take you away from here, then you will not have to take bitter medicines and injections. But I will have to work for that". She said cupped his face in her hands.

"So promise me that when I wake up in the morning you will meet me" Neil said his cracking voice, his eyes filled with tears.

She wipe his tears and take his little hand in her hand and made promise with him.

"I promise that when you wake up in the morning, the first thing you will see is me" she said giving his hopes.

She gave him faint smile and said "yes pakka wala promise, now sleep" she said laying his bed and caressed his hair slowly for his peacefully sleep. Slowly he drifted into sleep. She carriesd his hair, but a tear fall in her eyes. She looked at her brother, her heart ache seeing many string on his little hands. She will do anything to save her brother. She covered his blanket safely and looked his innocent face, came out the room.

She came out of the hospital, her eyes fell on a girl who was leaining near a black car. She take her slow steps and reached that girl.

"Oh you come, I thought you changed your mind, Now you ready ". That girl said.

She looked that girl and nodded her head.

"Good girl, now sit in the car we are getting late " that girl said and sit in the car.

She opened the car's door with her trembling hands. She knows what is she going to do. But she is helpless, she can't do anything, she has to do this for her brother. She sit in the car with a heavy sigh. But her heart is restless, she doesn't know what will happen to her and how she will come to terms it. How will she be able to spend the night with which man?. How can she get close to him?. What if he beat her, if he treat badly on bed. Her mind and heart filled up with scary thoughts. Her chain break when car stop. She looked ouside her eyes winded seeing a big seven star hotel. The building was very big and shining, it was built for rich people. That girl looked at her and said "came out the car".

She came out the car nervously and correct her dirt dress. Nervousness down her body seeing richest and well dressed people. She looked down and see her dress. She felt humanlted.

"Follow me" that girl said and go inside hotel.

She slowly walked behind that girl looking down.

They enters a lift that girl pressed thirty five floor button. Than her phone ring, she pick up the call and said "Don't worry everything is ready, she is with me, I'll be come some seconds " that girl said and hung up the phone.

She was standing silently like she was a lost child. She was playing with her fingers than lift open they came out.

She looked here and there the floor was silent. There was no sound, silence all around. A strange fear came to her heart. She clinched her fist and silently walked. That girl stop a big door and made a call and said "I'm sending that girl in".

"Explain everything, she is going as per wish and will came as per him wish and most importantly said to her coprate with him otherwise the conscious will not better " the other side of phone a  man saying and cut the call.

That girl placed her phone in pocket and said a authrotive tone " listen carefully

She slowly pull her Anarkali suit leave herself in bra. Her trembling hands reached her paint and pull down. Only two small pieces of clothes remained on her body. She was standing helpless.A swift motion he pushed her on bed. She gasped and fell on her stomach. A terrible fear was eating away at her insides and as she tried to get up he turned her over.She closes her eyes and waits for his next move with her throbbing and quivering body. he placed his hand on stomach and said a authrotive yet demanding voice "Stay like this,Don't even think of getting up until I get out of bed".

She remained silent, did not know what to say. He was very close to her. She writhed in agony as he grabbed her jaw and pulled her face closer to his.

She opened her eyes but froze seeing his black intense eyes. In that red-black room only his black eyes looked like those of a panther which seemed to be out for hunting. His face was not visible.

That night was painful only for her, that night only showed her insensitivity.That night she lost her respect, another sorrow was added to the sorrows of life.That night she just cried and screamed, her voice was so loud that it could be heard even outside the room.That night she crushed himself under someone's feet.The sound of her shouting was so loud that anyone would be surprised to hear it.She cried she regretted why she came here why she said yes.Only a weak voice came from her mouth in that room" Sahab please slow,I never did this thing".The last three hours were no less than hell for her. During these three hours, she endured the biggest pain of her life. After three hours when he finish with her,He go to washroom. She try open her eyes hardly, her whole shivered like leaf. She slowly sit and placed her bare foot on floor. She stand helping with bed and gathered her clothes. She wore her clothes and take helps with wall go out of the room.She was limping and trying to reach. Somehow she reached the lift and pressed the button for the ground floor. the elevator with the help of walls.The storm of her thoughts was eating away at the pain of her body. As soon as the lift opened, she put a scarf on her head and went out limping.She saw the same girl in front of her with whom she had come in the evening and went to her.

"Mam sahab " she called.

That girl who was talking on the phone turned back and looked at her. Her eyes go to Swollen eyes, teeth marks on the neck, fingerprints on the hands and most importantly she was limping badly.

"I have deposited the money for your brother's operation and tomorrow India's number one doctor is coming to operate your brother Here's some money, it will be useful to you" that girl said forward the money.

She take the money with her trembled hands and mumbled "Thank you ".

"Come, sit in the car, I will drop you to your home" that girl said.

At same hotel, same room when he came out the washroom, his eyes darkened, blood rushed in his venis. He gritted his teeth and said a domenating voice "How dare she fucking leave like this, who the fuck give her permission". He was still in a towel, he took out his phone and dialled. "Where is the fucking?" he demanded. Quickly he threw his phone against the wall, shattering it.

"Fucking bitch " he muttered angrily.

He go close to bed a devilish smirk on his lips seeing blood on bedsheet. ,He took the bedsheet and smelled the scent of blood on it. He closed his eyes and take a deep breath, open his eyes a venomous word left his mouth.....
